Richard Bemand Appointed as National Umpires Director

Congratulations to Richard Bemand (Gorsley Chapel) on his appointment to the post of National Umpires Director at the 2021 ESMBA AGM. Richard officiates at the majority of our county tournaments and ICC matches as well as regularly umpiring at national level, including at the ESMBA National Championships. Richard obtained his international umpires badge in 2014 and will now take on responsibility for the national association’s roster of umpires and sit on the ESMBA Management Committee.
