The HSMBA AGM will be held on Wednesday 17th May 2023 in the Lounge (the ground floor room on the left as you go into the entrance lobby) of the Larruperz Centre, Ross-on-Wye at 7:30pm.
The HSMBA stresses the importance of clubs being represented at this meeting to vote on the nominations and proposals and to receive the annual reports. Other members are, of course, also welcome to attend.
Nominations from the floor of the meeting would be welcomed for the positions for which no nominations have been received or for any remaining general committee positions. A forum will follow the AGM at which anything relevant to the association and its members can be raised for discussion.
